What we do offer is excellent value and superb quality via a professional and personal service. If we don’t think we can help you, we will say so at an early stage.

Each enquiry and quotation is handled separately. We want to speak with you and answer any questions you may have.

Where relevant, electrical PAT testing and associated obligations will be clearly included or excluded from the scope of supply at the time of order placement.

Order details will be finalised via email prior to order placement.

We retain title to all goods until paid for, in full, by the purchaser.

Delivery will include tracking and appropriate insurance.

We cannot accept responsibility for inappropriate use of the purchase by the end-user.  However, we can advise on potential suitability for use if required.

Because of our commitment to good communication and quality, it is thought highly unlikely that the purchaser would wish to return any goods and/or unilaterally defer final payment and/or delivery if a deposit has been paid. However, if the item in question had been customised to suit purchaser-specific requirements which may reduce its wider appeal to other parties and/or its' extended reservation precludes potential sale to another party, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement and retain any deposit that has been paid.
