What we do offer is excellent value and superb quality via a professional and personal service. If we don’t think we can help you, we will say so at an early stage.

Each enquiry and quotation is handled separately. We want to speak with you and answer any questions you may have.

Where relevant, electrical PAT testing and associated obligations will be clearly included or excluded from the scope of supply at the time of order placement.

Order details will be finalised via email prior to order placement.

We regret that we are not always able to offer our "as-is" lamp stock for your own restoration project.

We retain title to all goods until paid for, in full, by the purchaser.

Delivery will include tracking and appropriate insurance.

We cannot accept responsibility for inappropriate use of the purchase by the end-user.  However, we can advise on potential suitability for use if required.

Because of our communication and quality philosophies, it is thought highly unlikely that the purchaser would wish to return any goods. But if the item in question had been customised to suit purchaser-specific requirements which may reduce its wider appeal to other parties if it is re-marketed, that topic would be addressed in an open and fair manner by both parties.
